'Authentic Local Flavour' concepts

This one has been runner up for a while, so I've had ages to get excited about this. That being said I still don't know how the ice cream is gonna work but we shall see :D.
As always, the pairs presented here are arbitrary, choose as many or as few of each column that you think would make a good sequence and the winner of each column will be morphed together.

2023-10-13 01:18:30 +0000 UTCOh gosh Iโm sold on Bโs pose and expression alone Maybe phase 2 he has the ice cream close to his mouth, or is even licking it, phase 3 heโs surprised and itโs getting really melted because heโs distracted by the changes, phase 4 itโs dripping onto him with some drops still mid fall, and then we arrive at phase 5
