Before I go to bed I have some time to myself, it's at least an hour every night that I spend alone and without any gadgets!๐ The first thing I do is put on my cosy pyjamas, which I associate with time to myself! I do posture and breathing exercises to relax, write in my diary what I've done and what I'm going to do tomorrow, and then I take care of my skin and body by listening to interesting podcasts! How do you spend your evenings?๐ฆ
