Iβm FINALLY back in the gym today. I only worked out once over Christmas and then I was exposed as soon as I got back to LA but legit I was too lazy to go get tested so I just quarantined for 5 days. Lol but I think I had it because for two days my brain fog was unreaaaal. Idk what else it could have been but I didnβt get sick at all so idk guess Iβm just built different πͺπΌ
