Thanks everyone for the heartfelt messages, Iโm definitely keeping my head up. Got calls from all the bosses on my toughness and improvements every time I get out there and thatโs a win whether I like it or not ๐ญ. unfortunately have to be smart and take some time off from training but I canโt wait for the next one, Iโve got work to do ๐ค.
