Lifting, Yoga, and Meditation is what keeps me sane ! Haha true story ! ๐งโโ๏ธ My early morning session I canceled because someone was smoking right in front of the gym (of all places) and I got engulfed in it. It literally made sick sick !๐ Sorry if you are a smoker but I personally find it disgusting ... well cigarettes that is. ๐ Everyone knows I love my THC but I vape & do edibles.
