But at some point I realized that you can't be happy by always saying yes to yourself when you really want to say no. π Now I'm learning to set boundaries and be honest with myself. I say no when something isn't right for me, even if it's not convenient for others. π And you know what has changed? There is more inner peace and confidence. Self-love starts with respecting your wants and needs. β¨
